• Device Information: Device type, operating system, app version
• Usage Data: Features accessed, time spent in app, interaction patterns
• Analytics: Events, user flows, crash reports
• Location Data: Only if you explicitly enable location permissions (not required)
• Push Notification Data: Token for sending push notifications

2.3 Payment Information

• Subscription Data: Premium subscription status, purchase history, plan type
• Payment Processing: Handled by RevenueCat and Apple (we don't store credit card details)

• Apple: For push notifications and payment processing

However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

• Account Data: Retained while your account is active. Deleted upon account deletion.
• Habit/Challenge Data: Retained while your account is active.
• Analytics Data: Retained for up to 1 year for analytics purposes.
• Backup Data: May be retained for up to 30 days after deletion for backup recovery.

7. Your Rights and Choices

7.1 Access and Portability

You can access and download your data by:

• Viewing your profile and habits in the app

7.2 Deletion

You can:

• Delete individual habits and challenges
• Delete your account (all personal data will be permanently deleted)

7.3 Push Notifications

You can disable push notifications in:

• App Settings > Notifications
• Device Settings > Habitarian > Notifications

You can manage permissions in your device settings:

• Camera/Photo Library (for profile photo)
• Notifications (for reminders and updates)
• Health (if integrated in future versions)

If you're in the EU, you have the right to:

Habitarian is designed for users 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn we've collected data from a child under 13, we'll delete it promptly.
